Happy October
I love October. It's not my favorite month, but it's close. I love the seasonal change (though in Phx Az it's not much of a change), I love the holiday aroma candles, I love the browns and oranges and yellows...I love how the dead come to life to eat your brain...

Yeah. October is a very nice month.

I haven't posted much lately due to the lack of time and lack of personal projects I care to show off and say "look what I made!!". I took my daughter to see The Birthday Massacre a couple weeks ago. Had a brilliant time. They're easily my favorite band right now, unfortunately the crowd turnout sucked monkey butt and I'm afraid that it will affect whether or not they come back. It's not like they're desperate for venues, they're on a world tour right now and a number of their shows around the states have sold out (or so I'm told). But we had fun, regardless. And I'd totally travel to a neighboring state to see them again.

Been severely busy lately with work. Making t-shirt designs, skateboard designs, drawing comic books, lettering comic books, coloring comic books...I'd feel better about being so busy if I were getting much in the way of a financial kick-back from ANY of it, but I'm not. It's a genuine love for what I do that keeps me doing what I do.

A bit of early self promotion: On November 4th I'll be sitting with Jay Fotos at the Phoenix Comic Con studio for the Art Walk thing in Tempe. If you know what I'm talking about, cool...if not I'll find out the rest of the information and let everybody know closer to the event. I'll also be seated at the Phoenix Cactus Comic Con Artist Gallery drawing stuff for people. If you're goin, come on by. If not, you suck.
